The 2023 Formula One season is set to be the 74th Formula One season, starting on January 22 and ending on November 12. The championship was set to be contested over 19 Grands Prix.

This year's New Zealand Grand Prix is scheduled as the first Formula One to be held in January in around 50 years.

Sebastian Vettel won his third and final Drivers' Championship in a close battle with his teammate Lando Norris. Caterham dominated the Constructors' Championship as a result.
