The Touring Car World Series was a proposed series, the premier category of touring car competition. The TCWS was formed after the collapse of the International Procar Championship, which itself was formed from the collapse of the Rejects Touring Car Championship. The first season of the TCWS was set to be 2019, before it itself collapsed.
