Report:

Ritomo Miyata may only get these two chances in Formula One and so cannot afford to show mercy even to his teammate.
The 2022 Formula One season is creeping towards its final stage. The margin for error shrinks with every race and each mistake or retirement could seriously hurt a driver in their quest to achieve the season’s goals.

Ferrari and Victoria Desai learned that the hard way when she had to pull her stricken car over after another Ferrari motor broke down. With Albon also failing to finish, they are now respectively nine and 29 points behind Caterham in both championships.

Yet, it was not Sebastian Vettel who got the glory today. Red Bull Racing did, Roger Ibe enjoying a healthy lead at the start before switching to dry tyres just a little bit too early. Max Verstappen waited longer and was rewarded with his second career win.

Another praiseworthy drive was that of Ritomo Miyata, who came through to take a great fifth place in his second Formula One race. FAST also had a great race, scoring their first back-to-back double points finish.
