Luigi Platé (born 3 September 1894, died 16 December 1975) was an Italian racing driver. He is sometimes listed as Swiss due to possibly being related to driver-owner Enrico Platé, who offered him a drive for the 1950 Italian Grand Prix in an outdated Talbot-Lago 700. For unknown reasons, Platé never came to the race and joined teammate Franco Bordoni on the list of did not starts.
