The 1950 A1 Grand Prix season was the debut season for the A1 Grand Prix Championship, also known as the 'World Cup of Motorsport. 33 nations were entered to compete.
Pre Season Test
A pre season test was held at Brands Hatch to prepare the drivers for the inaugural championship. All drivers that had been entered by their nations took part with drivers from the same team sharing their car throughout the 90 minute session.
