Toulo de Graffenried
Baron Emmanuel "Toulo" de Graffenried (born 18 May 1914 in Paris, France, died 22 January 2007 in Lonay) was a Swiss racing driver who competed in Formula 1 from 1950 onwards. Loyal to Ferrari for most of his career, he competed exclusively in Ferrari machinery until 1954, when drives for Renzo and Voeckler saw him switch to Alfa Romeo. His Ferrari stints allowed him to finish the 1951 season as championship runner-up as the only driver to win two races that season. In his career, he won three Grands Prix, scored three poles, three fastest laps and eight podiums. He was one of the last two remaining starters of the 1950 British Grand Prix to die, along with José Froilan Gonzalez. He was 92 years old.
