Reginald Harold Haslam "Reg" Parnell (born 2 July 1911 in Derby, died 7 January 1964 in Derby) was an English racing driver who competed in Formula 1 from 1950 to 1954, driving for Maserati and Ferrari. In this time, he won three championship Grands Prix and finished third in the 1952 and 1953 seasons. Parnell died in 1964 from peritonitis.
