Marc Gené

Marc Gené i Guerrero (born 29th March, 1974 in Sabadell, Catalonia, Spain) is a Spanish racing driver best known for his appearances in Formula One. His older brother, Jordi is also a racing driver.
Formula One
Gené made his Formula One debut in 1999 with the Fondmetal Minardi team alongside Eddie Irvine. Gene only managed a single point finish - a sixth in the Italian Grand Prix.
Gené continued with Minardi for the next two years before leaving ahead of the 2001 Italian Grand Prix.
Gené resurfaced in 2003 as a test/reserve driver for Williams but this did not turn into a race drive.
