Hans Binder (born 12 June 1948 in Zell am Ziller, Tyrol, Austria)is an Austrian former racing driver who competed in Formula One and Formula Two during the 1970s.

After a few years in the F2 circuit, Binder would make his Formula One debut at the 1977 French Grand Prix, driving for the underfunded B&S Fabrications team. Binder would struggle with the team's uncompetitive Renzo-powered March 761 chassis.

Binder would make a few appearances in Formula 2 over the next two years before leaving motorsports altogether, becoming heavily involved with the family timber business, Binderholz GmbH.
