David Terrence Feldman (born 4th August, 1953 in Prestatyn, North Wales and known mononymously by his racing pseudonym "Dave") is a British former racing driver best known to as a competitor in the Dywa Grand Prix Series and for his exploits in the English and Welsh short track racing scene, most notably as a local legend of hot rod racing at the Coastal Raceway dirt track on Pydew Farm which he co-founded. He was plucked from obscurity to race for Order of Racing in the 1979 Dywa GP season after the team fired driver Barry McKockiner for failing to qualify in 26th place.
