Brabham is a British former Formula One team founded by multiple time World Champion Jack Brabham and engineer Ron Tauranac. The Brabham name has been used in Formula One by three seperate organisations over time.
History
1960s
The team was founded by multiple world champion Jack Brabham in the early 1960s with his friend and engineer Ron Tauranac.
1970s
1980s
1990s
In 1990, the Brabham nameplate returned to the grid after a four year absence, when Formula 3000 team Middlebridge Racing entered the World Championship under the Motor Racing Developments Ltd. name.
2010s
Brabham once again returned to the grid in 2012 when a British consortium purchased the assets of Super Aguri's Formula One team.
