Report:

Sho Tsuboi was not rewarded for it, but he had the edge on his teammate in France.

Varying weather conditions certainly were not able to stop Lando Norris at the Circuit de Nevers. The Brit controlled qualifying; then went on to score the first Grand Chelem of the decade, getting the fastest lap, the victory and leading every millisecond of the Grand Prix.

Behind them, Artem Markelov got lucky and advanced his championship lead. Sebastian Vettel had to retire because his team failed to properly attach his wheel. His own teammate, which was the biggest threat to him and outperformed him, retired shortly before the end.

Dean Stoneman has re-entered himself into the championship contention, beating Artem Markelov to third. He is now tied for second in the championship; with a major upgrade in the plans at Precision, he could be a major threat to Artem Markelov’s title dreams.

There was quite a bit of chaos going on with the minor drizzle of race day still affecting events. One team that was able to take advantage of that was Calinetic, despite getting in trouble with the stewards, Daniel Melrose finished in tenth place, taking the first point for the bottom three teams.

Fastest Lap:

Lando Norris – 1:17.954

Infinite Improbability Drive Of The Race:

Dean Stoneman – once again he drives like a machine, taking advantage of his opposition to flush himself up the order.

Reject Of The Race:

Pastor Maldonado – the former world champion carelessly tossed aside a chance to score major points.
