Warren Wilbur Shaw (born 31 October 1902 in Shelbyville, died 30 October 1954 in Decatur) was an American racing driver and executive. First racing at Indianapolis in 1927, Shaw won the race three times, in 1937, 1939 and 1940. Also occasionally competing in other AAA championship races, Shaw won another three rounds and was national champion in 1937 and 1939.

After World War II, he devoted his life to restoring the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as its President. Under Shaw's tenure, the Indianapolis 500 became a permanent major international event, including becoming a World Championship race in 1950 and 1951. To celebrate this occasion, he competed in the 1950 running driving for Jaguar, in which he qualified last on the grid and finished 15th. Later that year, he competed in the Italian Grand Prix, his only European race. He did not qualify.

The day before his 52nd birthday, Shaw was killed in an aeroplane accident near Decatur, Indiana. The pilot and the other passenger were also killed.
