John James "Jack" McGrath (born 8 October 1919 in Los Angeles, died 6 November 1955 in Phoenix) was an American racing driver. Beginning his career in midget cars and sprint cars, he began racing in the AAA championship in 1948. He would go on to win 4 races and score 9 poles, including at the 1954 Indianapolis 500, and he finished second in the 1953 AAA championship. He was one of the many American drivers to drive for European teams when the Indianapolis 500 was a world championship in 1950 and 1951. In the former, he drove a Watson-Offy for the small British team EXTRAS, finishing seventh, but in 1951, driving for the Motorsport Bleu team, the Talbot-Lago could only take him to 18th position.

McGrath died in Phoenix in an accident during the final race of the 1955 AAA season. He was 36 years old.
