The Formula 1 Rejects Masters (F1R Masters) was a planned offline gaming competition on the F1 Rejects Forum, organized by Pointrox. However, the series never took off, and was considered defunct until Wizzie resurrected it, using completely different equipment. However it wasn't until the third attempt before the idea really took off.

The purpose for this series was to create an off-season series that would gather the champions from each and every series ever held on F1 Rejects to determine the best of the best.

Cars

The car was to be a standardised COT car like the ones used in NASCAR, configured for road course racing. Every driver was able to choose his/her manufacturer from:

  • Ford
  • Chevrolet
  • Toyota
  • Dodge

as well as the racing number.

Race weekend

Qualifying

60-minute qualifying session was to be held held on the first day of every weekend.

Sprint race

First race of the weekend was to be an 8-minute sprint, that would've determined the grid positions for the feature race.

Feature race

Feature race grid was to be determined after reversing the results of the sprint race. Feature races were to have had different lap counts on every weekend, varying from 16 to 24.

Most Valuable Driver

After each weekend, the Most Valuable Driver (MVD) was to be awarded with additional points.

MVD meant the driver that scored most points over the weekend, and - in case of a draw between the two or drivers - distinguished himself with the most spectacular driving.
