Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited is a British motor racing team and constructor currently racing in Formula One. The team was formed by Sir Frank Williams in the late 1970s and is one of the most successful Formula One constructors of all time, winning its last Drivers' and Constructors' Championships in 2016. Since December 2018, Williams is owned by an Italian-German investment holding, financial problems and a downturn in performances being reasons behind the change of ownership.

Italian outfit Scuderia Adriatica, whose team principal Marco Benciani holds a 5% share in the controlling holding, currently races under the Williams Junior Team banner in Eurasian Formula 3. Other than that and a technical agreement, there is no further connection between the two entities.
