Henry Banks (born 14 June 1913 in Croydon, Great Britain, died 18 December 1994 in Indianapolis) was an American racing driver. 1950 AAA National champion, he entered the Indianapolis 500 from 1936 to 1954, including five participations during the race's time as an official Grand Prix. He started thrice and finished twice, never scoring points.
