Cirillo "Nello" Pagani (born 19 October 1911 in Milan, died 19 October 2003 in Bresso) was an Italian racing driver who competed in the 1950 Swiss Grand Prix. He won the 1949 125cc World Motorcycle Championship, without hitting the same success on four wheels in the championship.
