1997 Rejects-1 World Championship

The 1997 Rejects-1 World Championship season was supposedly be fourth season of the Rejects-1 World Championship series.

1997 was the beginning of 3 years chassis cycle. New generation cars and new generation engine are introduced.

Turbulent relationship between team owners and Markus' were deemed unsolvable which resulted in Markus Mk Co. cancelling the series for 1997 in March.
