Frank Sytner (born 29th June, 1944 in Liverpool, England) is a British racing driver and businessman.
World Touring Car Masters
Sytner made his WTCM debut in 1989, taking in the Tooheys 1000 as the co-driver for eventual Class C champion Johnny Cecotto at Prodrive.
This one-off turned into two more appearances in 1990, when he was entered by Prodrive in his BTCC BMW M3 at the Brands Hatch and Birmingham rounds.
Sytner and Prodrive expanded their program in 1991 - taking in the full season in a brand new BMW 318i alongside former Formula One driver Leonhard von Gottorp and two-time BTCC champion Chris Hodgetts.
Personal Life
Outside of racing, Sytner is the co-owner of the Sytner Group - one of the UK's largest car dealership networks.
