The 1978 Trofeo Dino Ferrari was a non-championship Formula One race and the second running of the Trofeo Dino Ferrari, held at the Autodromo Dino Ferrari on the 18th June, 1978. The event would be the last Trofeo Dino Ferrari run as a non-championship race, as the Autodromo Dino Ferrari hosted the 1979 San Marino Grand Prix.
