102nd Indianapolis 500 will be held on 27th May 2018. It is the premier event of 2018 Indy World Series.
Entry List
- Pink background means the driver crashed in practice or has health issues, therefore can't took part in the race, green background means the replacement driver for the car.
Schedule
Track activities began on Monday 7th May with rookie orientation program and refresher program. Both programs started from 9:30 am up to 5 pm. Rookie orientation will continue to Wednesday, while refresher program is done on monday. Regular fields begins to take the track on Wednesday 1 pm, in conjunction with ROP.

Practice: 9th May - 11th May is 1pm to 5pm), 14th to 18th. (10 am to 5 pm)
Rest day: 12-13th May
Qualifying: 19-20th May
Bump day: 21st-22nd May
Carb day: 25th May (11 am to 1 pm)
Race: 27th May
Rules
Qualifying procedure:
- On 19th and 20th May, Pole Day will be held Two days are allocated for drivers double-dutying elsewhere. After 6 o'clock gun at 20th May, position 1 to 24 are locked in.
- On 21st May, the first Bump Day occured. This also for drivers double-dutying. However at the end of the day, position 41st and below are no longer eligible to attempt to qualify unless they crashed.
- On 22nd May, Bump Day 2 takes place and position 25th to 33rd are set.
