Antonio "Nino" Pilia (born 29th May, 1955 in San Remo, Liguria) is an Italian former racing driver and Seborgan nationalist best known to motorsports fans for his performances in the 1978 Dywa Grand Prix Series, in which he made himself available as an injury replacement for Kelby Rogerson despite no organised racing experience outside the Italian Formula Ford Championship. Formation of the Circolo Automobili di Seborga

Buoyed by his victory in the 1978 Euskal Herriko Dywa Sari Nagusia at Pau Street Circuit, Pilia chose to apply to the FIA for a Seborgan automobile club to be recognised by the FIA. Thus, he formed the Circolo Automobili di Seborga with himself as Vice President and Prince Giorgio I as Honorary President. Pilia's apartment was listed as The Club's official address. The Club applied as the governing body for both sport and mobility within the Principality of Seborga, and was officially granted FIA membership on 1st May 1979.
