The 2023 AutoReject World Series season was the 12th season of ARWS competition, and the first full season since 2019. Due to the 2 year gap between this season and the previous one, and the fact the 2020 season was aborted after only two races, there were no recognised defending champions entering the season. As Bastiaan van Nieuwenhuijzen was the last recognised ARWS champion, his team, Rich Energy Racing Point ARWS Team, was granted the rights to use the numbers 0 and 2, with other teams' numbers dependant on the order that entry forms were received by AutoReject International.
