The 2017 AutoReject Indy Academy will be the first season of the AutoReject Indy Academy, acting as a feeder series to the AutoReject Indy World Cup, and as the step above AutoReject 2.0 North America.
The two highest place teams that do not already have a presence in the senior IWC series will earn promotion to said series the following season, with the two lowest place teams in IWC being relegated to the Indy Academy.
