With the creation of the F2RWRS and F3RWRS at the end of the 2013 F1RWRS season, Jack Christopherson decided to enter an F3RWRS team. At first, he was going to drive the car himself, but regulations meant that he had to leave the seat to his son Jack Jr while he would compete in the F1RWRS.

Almost immediately, Christopherson showed his talent, proving to be a potential title threat with a top-five time in pre-season testing. He proved to be even better, when he scored 19 points in the first weekend at Adelaide, including a victory in race 3, which put him second in the championship. However, he was unable to capitalize on championship leader Michael Cameron's 13 points, as he was only able to pick up two eighth places, scoring two points.

He partially made up for his disastrous weekend at Laguna Seca by scoring a podium in race one at Brands Hatch, also scoring pole and fastest lap in race 3. With 13 points scored, he came back to within four points of joint championship leaders Cameron and Tomo Kazama. He caught up at the attrition-filled Norisring, getting to just three points behind Cameron, being tied with Terry Hawkin, on fire since his comeback from the F2RWRS. The German round was also the first round where Jack had to face a teammate, as Scuderia Alitalia struck a deal with Jack Sr for Lorenzo Crescenzi to drive as second driver for the rest of the season.

The nail in the coffin Christopherson's title bid came in Belgium where, while all other championship contenders scored good points, Christopherson scored his only pointless weekend of the year, putting him down in fourth place, 21 points behind Cameron. However, against all odds, Christopherson again bounced back, scoring pole at Shanghai and winning race 3, getting to within 12 points of Cameron with only the Surfers SuperPrix left. With the race counting for double points, Jack could still win the title...

The weekend started as planned, with Jack third in the first qualifying session. Sadly, in the top-ten shootout, he was only seventh. In the race, he wasn't really on the pace and could only finish sixth, only good enough for six points. With Kazama and Hawkin finishing on the podium, Jack finished the season in fourth place. Jack Sr has not announced any intention to compete in 2015, which currently leaves Jack Jr without a drive.
