Nathanael "Nate" Cameron (born 6 December, 1996 in Sunderland, England) is a British racing driver who currently races for the Jones Couteau VW Racing team in the World Series. He is the younger cousin of former F1RWRS world champion Gary Cameron and F2RWRS driver Michael Cameron.

Racing Career
2015-16: F3RWRS
After success in karting, Cameron joined the family-run Prospec team for the 2015 F3RWRS season. Winning the first race at Adelaide that year, a run of midfield results conspired against any championship hopes in his first season. Recovering mid-season with a win at Brands Hatch, a consistent run of points-scoring finishes ensured that Cameron would finish 6th in the drivers' standings.

Remaining in the series for another year with Prospec, Cameron fought with Nick Nurmester and Shane Walsh for the title. Taking three wins in the first half of the season, a more subdued run of results in the second half counted against Cameron. The Brit finished 3rd overall, behind eventual winner Nurmester and the 2nd-placed Walsh.

2017: F2RWRS
Thanks to his strong results in F3RWRS, Cameron earned a move up to F2RWRS with Aeroracing Engineering, and also secured a place on the Astro Racing Stars driver program. Whilst a regular poits scorer, Cameron struggled with the new single-spec chassis and took 6th in the championship, with a late dip in results ending his aspirations of fighting for the title.

2018: AR3.5
Cameron joined Nebula Grand Prix for the 3.5 championship, partnering fellow Astro Racing Star Nino Barlini. After some inconsistent runs in previous series, Cameron was instantly in the hunt for the title, although Kenan Ardaoglu was ahead for the majority of the season. Cameron took the championship lead after a dominant weekend at the Lausitzring, winning both his heat and the feature race from pole. He also won both races at Spa, ensuring that he was on top for the final round at Japan. Ardaoglu and Gary Pacer both finished ahead of Cameron in the feature race at Suzuka, but Cameron's fastest lap ensured that the Brit secured the title with a two-point margin.

2019: ARWS
As AR3.5 champion, Cameron received multiple offers from across the grid. He eventually signed for the successful Jones team, partnering AR3.5 title rival Gary Pacer. However, the Jones of 2019 was not the dominant force it had been in years prior, only occasionally scoring points, and even failing to pre-qualify on two occasions. Cameron won the intra-team fight with Pacer 6 points to 5, but this was little solace when the chassis and engine were both lacking.

2020-2022: WEC
Still, Cameron had earned enough plaudits to remain with the team for 2020 through the acquisition of the team by Jacques Couteau, but any hope of a quick turnaround ended when ARWS itself foundered in the wake of the Leonhard von Gottorp scandal. As a result, Cameron would drive in the WEC for the next two seasons, until the ARWS came back for the 2023 season.

2023: ARWS
Still highly-rated by the Couteau-lead Jones team, Cameron was quickly signed to partner 2020 F1 champion Diego Álvarez Torrente. Equipped with powerful Ford EcoBoost I3 turbo engines, the team had high hopes for 2023, but these were quickly dashed by the extreme unreliability of the Ford powerplants. Cameron would finish only twice in the first 9 races, with driver and team languishing at the bottom of the standings. Still, he had earned respect amongst paddock insiders who noted his strong showing against Torrente, and this was proven in the final 4 races of the year, as Cameron took his first win in Australia, then a second at Suzuka. He almost won a third time in Macau, but lost the lead in the closing laps to Takuma Taki, but still came home a brilliant 2nd, which combined with his wins, saw him climb from 25th in the Drivers Championship to 14th.

2024: ARWS
Disappointed with their 2023 season, Cameron and Jones still opted to renew their partnership for 2024, but opted for rebadged Bentley W12s, which had proven somewhat more reliable than the Fords during 2023, albeit at the cost of some top end power.

Nathanael "Nate" Cameron (born 6 December, 1996 in Sunderland, England) is a British racing driver who currently races for the Jones Couteau VW Racing team in the AutoReject World Series.

2018: AR3.5

Cameron joined Nebula Grand Prix for the AutoReject 3.5 championship, partnering fellow Astro Racing Star Nino Barlini.
