The Women's GT Junior Cup is a sports car racing series organized by the Women Drivers Association (WDA) and regulated by the FIA.

It is an inter-season championship derived from the Women's GT World Championship, meant to promote young female racing drivers, with the six best placed ladies in the driver's standings each season being granted WDA World Championship licences to allow them to participate in the WGTWCS.

History

The Women's GT Junior Cup was launched in the fall of 2014 as a way to expand manufacturer involvement in the Women's GT program as well as to patronage young female drivers without a WDA World Championship licence.

The Junior Cup features only GT3 sports cars, some of which were already in use during the 2014 Women's GT World Championship season. Twenty manufacturers from all over the world had signed entries, but only 14 teams entered the competition in the end.
