Kruger Dunning (born 19th October, 1951 in Los Altos, California) is an American former racing driver best known for being both a driver and team owner in the Dywa Grand Prix Series. His Dywa Grand Prix career began as a mechanic for Blockton Impact, but when Javier Scarpetta suffered a severe injury, he unilaterally approached Order of Racing team employees, volunteering to drive for the team. When the team withdrew in response to the Diane Ettick Affair, Dunning took on team's assets for a nominal fee, and reformed it into Dilbert Racing. Dunning's initial confidence turned out to be misplaced as both driving and team management proved far more challenging than he expected, and he burnt through his entire inheritance by the end of the 1980 season.
