Alvin Kurtis Ziegler (born 19 May 1994 in Berlin) is a German racing driver currently contracted to Peak Driver Talent, the driver management arm of the Peak Motorsport Group.

He currently drives for High Performance Racing in the 2016-2017 F1 Rejects Super Touring Cup and is set to drive for his own team, Ziegler Auto Racing, in the 2017 AutoReject Super Touring season.

Career

Ziegler was a prominent competitor in the German, Swiss, and Austrian karting series. Competing against future fellow PMG driver Verna Klien in the latter. Ziegler was noticed by PMG founder Dominic Spearman while he was on holiday in Switzerland. Spearman signed him and Klien to High Performance Driver Talent Management (now known as Peak Driver Talent).

Ziegler currently drives for High Performance Racing in the 2016-2017 F1 Rejects Super Touring Cup with a Mazda 323 as part of a Mazda works deal. He will also compete in the 2017 AutoReject Super Touring Cup season for family-owned team Ziegler Auto Racing in the #03 DHL BMW M3 alongside Scottish driver Julian Clark.

Personal life

Ziegler was born in 1994 in Berlin. His father is Kurtis Ziegler, a prominent banker, and his mother is Ruth Ziegler.

He has been romantically linked to Austrian AR3.5 driver Verna Klien.
