Leland "Lee" Wallard (born 7 September 1910 in Schenectady, died 29 November 1963 in St. Petersburg) was an American racing driver.

He competed in the AAA championship from 1941 and in just 46 starts scored nine podiums including two wins in 1946 and 1948. He competed in the Indianapolis 500 both times the event was held as part of the World Championship, but without success. In 1951, he was one of a handful of American drivers who decided to compete under his own name despite the boycott organised by most of the IndyCar establishment.
