Hans-Jürgen Abt (born 24th December, 1962 in Kempten (Allgäu), West Germany) is a German entrepreneur and former racing driver.

Between 1991 to 2011, Abt was co-managing director of his father's ABT Sportsline tuning group and racing team. ABT Sportsline had a long relationship with the Volkswagen Audi Group and as such Abt was a factory driver for various associated marques throughout the 1990s and 2000s.

In 1991, Abt made his World Touring Car Masters debut with the TWR Volkswagen team at the German round of the series.
