The 1980 Dywa Grand Prix Series season was the third series of the Dywa Grand Prix Series. Following the chaos and controversy of 1979 Dywa Grand Prix Series season, almost all of the series' most established teams and drivers departed the series. Despite this, series organisers still announced an ambitious 14-round season.

Teams and drivers

All teams and drivers raced identical Dywa-002 chassis. Most teams used Renzo DFV-2 3.0 V8 engines, except for teams marked with (T) in the list below, who instead had access to Renzo BI-3t 1.5 V8 turbo engines.
