Teodorico Fabi (born 9th March, 1955 in Milan, Italy) is an Italian former racing driver best known for his appearances in Formula One.

After a few decent years in CART, Fabi unexpectedly returned to the Formula One grid with 1988 champions McLaren, after defending champion Jérémy-Étienne Voeckler suddenly left the team ahead of 1989.
Fabi's season began well, finishing in second place behind Ferrari's Ayrton Senna in the season opener in Brazil - before a run of retirements saw him slip behind in the standings.
