Scuderia Everest was a motor racing team formed by Italian racing entrepreneur Giancarlo Minardi, his second racing venture. With the team finding mild success in Formula 2, for the 1976 German Grand Prix Minardi entered Maurizio Flammini and Roberto Marazzi in customer Marches. The pair would make it through pre-qualifying into the race.
Flammini and Marazzi contested three more races during the 1976 season. They failed to make the cut in pre-qualifying in Austria, but passed it at the following grand prix at Zandvoort. Marazzi managed to qualify, but retired. At the team's home grand prix at Monza, both drivers qualified, but neither managed to finish.
Scuderia Everest returned in 1977, contesting all European rounds except the Soviet Grand Prix. The aging March 751 chassis was powered by a newer, 1976-spec Ford Cosworth engine. Increased competition and an increasingly outdated chassis saw Everest fail pre-qualifying more often. A first finish at the Spanish Grand Prix by Maurizio Flammini was followed by four consecutive failures to pre-qualify.
The team saw more success in the non-championship races, especially after obtaining two Ferrari 312T cars from 1976. Roberto Marazzi finished fourth in the Trofeo Dino Ferrari at Imola.
