Judge Cecil Holt, better known as Cecil Green (born 30 September 1919 in Dallas, died 29 July 1951 in Winchester) was an American racing driver who competed in Formula 1 from 1950 to 1951. A hugely successful midget driver in Texas and Oklahoma, Green competed in the AAA National championship in 1950 and 1951 with moderate success, also competing in the 1950 Swiss Grand Prix for Kurtis Kraft and the 1950 Belgian Grand Prix for Aston Martin. He was not successful in his European efforts. While qualifying for a sprint car race in Indiana, Green was killed in a tragic accident. He was 31 years old.
