Entries after Invitations
After the initial invitations were sent out, teams can elect to decline the invitation, giving the invite to the next team in their respective series to not have a invitation. Mazzacane Motorsport were the first team to decline the invitation, which gave their entry to Plus One Racing Engineering who then declined the invitation and allowed Hong Kong team QuickShift Racing to enter in their place. ZombieKart were the second team to decline entry, which then gave the invite to Red Bull World Race Team, who deferred their entry to their Asian subsidiary Red Bull Asia Racing.
