Stefano Tapfer (born 7 April 1957 in Milan, Italy) is a Italian racing driver. Before his injury, he was driving for Scuderia Disperazione in the Dywa Grand Prix Series.
He was injured after the season-opening race at Enna-Pergusa in a severe crash at high speed which with his injuries leaving him unable to race until midway through 1981.
