Matt Grove
Matt Grove (born 1995/96) is an Australian racing driver. He currently drives for The Crusaders in the 2016 F1RDS season.

Early career

2015: F1RDS, F3RWRS
The promising Grove entered the Rejects ladder system at the very bottom, the inaugural season of the Formula 1 Rejects Development Series.
To build experience before the season, he, along with his fellow drivers, competed in the Winter Cup. Matt showed a good ability to make up places, which would be necessary to compensate his lack of qualifying pace. He scored the fastest lap at the second race in Motegi, and made his way from 16th to sixth position in Fuji. In total, he scored seven points, enough for 15th place overall.
In the actual championship, things didn't start off that well. Despite generally qualifying in the midfield, he finished just outside the points in Australia and San Marino. The season picked up at Monaco, where Matt started 14th, his best result at that point, and finished in fifth place after dodging the trouble going on in the streets.
These performances meant that Rosenforth chose Matt to compete in the F3RWRS Monaco SuperPrix alongside Ryan Zimmer and Daniel Melville. The team was leading the constructors' championship, so Matt had his first opportunity in higher-class machinery, and he indeed did his job, staying on the road to qualify 20th and finish 17th in a field of 62 drivers.
After this, his season became a bit more consistent, and with some better race performances, he started to score consistent lower-points-finishes. As of the first race in Donington Park, he is 20th in the championship, with 16 points.
