Kenneth Henry Downing (born 5 December 1917 in Chesterton, died 3 May 2004 in Monte Carlo) was a British racing driver. Born into a wealthy family, Downing was a highly successful club racer throughout the 1940s and into the early 1950s. Switching to single-seaters in 1952, he had success in non-championship races, and made his brief foray in the world championship with Hampshire Racing Alliance later that year. Failing to achieve any starts in either attempt, he returned to club racing for one more year before retiring at the end of 1953. He later emigrated to South Africa, then retired to Monaco.
