The Jones 108 was an F3RWRS racing car designed by the Jones Racing Group for the 2016 F3RWRS season. In addition to Jones Racing themselves using the car, a further four teams utilised the chassis as the Jones organisation began to expand its chassis manufacturing division.

Those teams were:

Nick Nurmester, driving for the main Jones team, took overall victory in the drivers' title, whilst the team wrapped up the teams' title and constructors' crown for the first time. As well as Nurmester, Franc Piscine finished fourth in the championship, and Roberto Dinella showed an improvement in form over 2015.

The versatility of the chassis allowed teams to utilise different engines and over the course of 2016, three different engines from BMW, Holden and Mugen-Honda powered the Jones 108. Of these, the most successful was the BMW, which continued a partnership with Jones which had began a year previously as part of a technology sharing deal between Jones and JLD Motorsport.

In total, eleven different drivers got behind the wheel of the Jones 108 in 2016. With a total of eight race wins and twenty podiums, the overall performance of the chassis was a marked improvement on the 106 in 2015.
