Francisco Remedio (born 14 November 1973 in San José, Costa Rica) is a Costa Rican racing driver.
He drove in the last three races of the 1998 F1RGP2C season for Prost, replacing Clivio Durand, but retired from all three rounds. He also took pole in the non-championship Duel in the Desert and finished fourth, a lap down on race winner James James Davies.
