François Picard (born 26th April, 1921 in Villefranche-sur-Saône, died 29th April, 1996 in Nice) was a French racing driver.

Picard came to prominence racing sportscars in the mid-1950s before making his debut in Formula One in 1957 at the French Grand Prix in a self-entered B.C.M.A.-Bentley. He failed to pre-qualify. He returned a year later with the Alexander Racing Team driving the unorthodox Guidobaldi-Loonmotor but once again failed to qualify.
