2001: Prost GP Series

With the formation of the Prost GP Series by Prost Grand Prix, Fractal entered the world scene with two equally mysterious drivers, Boris Offenhauser and Sun-hoon Roh.

However, from the first race, it was clear that the car was only midfield material, and unreliable to boot. The team's first good performance came in Mexico for the second race, with Offenhauser qualifying in tenth position, but unreliability forced the team to a second consecutive double-retirement. In the Canadian Grand Prix, a massive attrition rate let the Fractals into the points for the first time, with Offenhauser fourth and Roh sixth.

From then on, the team gathered race pace, as shown by Offenhauser's third place in San Marino, which elevated Fractal to fourth place in the team's championship, and Boris to third in the driver's table.

However, the drivers couldn't keep up their form, and the team failed to score any more points until the English Grand Prix, where Boris finished in sixth place, followed by a seventh place in France, enough to put him in 11th place in the championship, with Sun-hoon Roh in 25th place, leaving Fractal in tenth place with 21 points.
