Daniel "Danny" Kladis (born 10 February 1917 in Crystal City, died 26 April 2009 in Joliet) was an American racing driver. Beginning his career in 1935, he was primarily a midget car driver who occasionally competed in the AAA National Championship, without any success. By virtue of competing in the 1950 Indianapolis 500, he is considered a World Championship driver. Driving a Maserati, he qualified tenth, but retired in a serious accident on lap 74 while fighting for the race lead. He was injured in the accident and missed the 1951 edition. He recovered and raced until 1957.
