Cyrus "Cy" Marshall (born 17 April 1902 in Kansas City, died 20 December 1974 in Volusia) was an American racing driver. A small-time Indiana driver and mechanic, he competed in the 1930 Indianapolis 500 with his brother Paul, but an accident in the race injured Cy and killed Paul. Marshall returned to Indianapolis in 1947, then in 1950, finishing eighth and tenth in the latter two, after which he retired from racing.
