Harry E. Eisele, also known as Bud Rose (born 7 May 1914 in Los Angeles, died 11 December 1991 in Los Angeles), was an American racing driver. Only occasionally competing in the AAA championship, Rose was almost never competitive. However, in the 1950 Indianapolis 500, Bud was one of the few American drivers to remain loyal to the more experienced American teams. As a result of this diminished field, he was able to qualify in second place and finish the race in fourth, his greatest accomplishment.
