The 1974 Elite Racing League season was the 15th season of the FIA's Formula One motor racing support series (the series would remain a support series until 1997.) The Drivers Championship was won by Denny Hulme for the third time this would also be his third title with McLaren, this would also be his last season in the ERL after he retired after the 1974 season. McLaren won the Constructors Championship. Both championships were won in Argentina.
