William Ferguson (born 6th March, 1940 in Johannesburg, South Africa, died 19th May, 2007 in Durban, South Africa) was a South African racing driver best known for his appearances in Formula One.

Formula One

In 1976, Ferguson entered the South African Grand Prix for Lucky Strike Racing but failed to pre-qualify.

The following season, Ferguson joined the tiny North Star Racing outfit for the European leg of the calendar alongside Austrian driver Harald Ertl. He would not escape pre-qualification on any occasion.
