Scuderia Everest was a motor racing team formed by Italian racing entrepreneur Giancarlo Minardi, his second racing venture. With the team finding mild success in Formula 2, for the 1976 German Grand Prix Minardi entered Maurizio Flammini and Roberto Marazzi in customer Marches.
